How to: Change a 2-dimensional chart to a 3-dimensional chart.
Solution:
Select 2-D chart, select 'Format' menu, and 'Chart Type...'. Select '3-D' radio button.
1) To select the desired 2-D chart:
a) If the chart is embedded on the worksheet, double-click on the chart. (A striped border with handles appears around the chart.)
b) If the chart is on a separate chart sheet, click the tab for the chart sheet and double-click on the chart. (A striped border with handles appears around the chart.)
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Chart Type...'. (The Chart Type dialog box appears.)
3) Select the '3-D' radio button in the 'Chart Dimension' group.

4) (Optional) Select the appropriate chart format.
NOTE: The formats to select from include: Area, Bar, Column, Line, Pie, and Surface.
5) Click 'OK'.
